the location was incredibly comfortable and the private parking was onsite. we loved the stay, my room was beautifully maintained with a comfortable bed as well as a nice bathroom. the entire staff was really helpful and decent.

We stayed in a hotel in central Jakarta, close to Selamat Datang monument and located in a quiet area. the hotel was right next to a shopping mall, which was really convenient. the room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the restaurant on-site.

The staff were not very attentive. Despite notifying them of a problem, they didn't follow through on fixing it.

The room had local channels TV and a hot shower, and the bed was very comfortable, which was a relief after walking around. The hotel was located near several attractions, which made getting around on foot quite easy. , the staff were all accommodating and friendly, which was a plus.

There were quite a few downsides that detracted from my stay. The hotel continually changed the price, which was quite frustrating.
